Denton Square Lighting…
Hey Folks, for any of you interested in a little Christmas fun… tonight is the annual Christmas Lighting at the Denton Downtown Square. My family and I have gone out to this thing for the past three years, and it’s always been a lot of fun. Thousands of people come out as Denton lights up the courthouse trees, while a local orchestra and choir sings Christmas Carols. There’s free Wassail, food vendors, carriage rides, Hot Chocolate, concert by Brave Combo, and tons more! Ch. 8 news will also be there sponsoring the Toys for Tots program.
Anyway, the whole community comes out for this thing, it’s a lot of fun- so I thought I’d throw it out there for any of y’all willing to brave the winter elements for a little Christmas cheer. It runs from about 5:30pm-9:30pm.

The event is cancelled! And I was looking forward to some Wassail.
Wassail is cider Ross. and unfrtunately, we’re gonna have to miss out on it tonight!
